The editorial board of the scientific journal "Sociology of law" invites to the cooperation of doctors of sciences, candidates of sciences, young scientists (students, graduate students, applicants), as well as other persons who have or receive higher education and are engaged in scientific activity.

Students' articles are accepted only in co-authorship with a scientific supervisor (Candidate or Doctor of Juridical Sciences).

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS

Articles for the journal are accepted on an ongoing basis.

To publish an article in the scientific journal "Sociology of Law" (Category "B") is required send the following materials to the editor-in-chief This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.:

1) fill in an electronic certificate about the author;

2) the article.

Publication in the journal is free.

The filename must match the last name.

All articles will be assigned a DOI.

The editorial board reserves the right to review, edit, reduce and reject articles. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the facts, statistics and other information. The article presented by the author should be a product of his own idea. Plagiarism in various forms is not allowed. Use of works of other authors is possible only as a reference, citation, description, but not rewriting of the work, borrowing ideas. When using information from other works, a reference to the author, his work, publication, year, page is obligatory. Reprinting (reprinting) of materials of the edition is allowed only with the permission of the author and the editor.

The articles are checked for plagiarism using the software StrikePlagiarism.com developed by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

During the wartime situation in Ukraine, the journal will be published exclusively in electronic form.

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The volume of the article should be from 8 to 20 pages, including illustrations, tables, graphs, a list of sources used.

- upper and lower margins, left and right - 2.0 cm.

- line spacing - 1.5

- Times New Roman font - 14

- paragraph indent - 0.5 cm.

- the text is aligned in width.

References to the sources should be made in square brackets, indicating the page numbers according to the source. For example: [3, p. 234] or [2, p. 35; 8, p. 234].

The list of sources used is submitted at the end of the article in the order of references and should be drawn up in accordance with existing standards for bibliographic description (see: developed in 2015 National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302: 2015 "Information and documentation. Bibliographic references. General provisions and rules of drafting").

The article should include title in Ukrainian and English, information about the author (s) (surname, first name, patronymic, academic degree, title, position, place of work / study, city, country), annotations and keywords in Ukrainian and English; the average volume of the abstract is not less than 1800 characters.
